On July 21, 2025—after a month-long federal manhunt—Jakhi McCray turned himself in to the New York Police Department (NYPD). Jakhi stands accused of setting fire to 10 NYPD cars and faces a 5 to 20-year federal prison sentence. In this episoide, Jakhi comes on Outlaw from house arrest, along with Octo, a member of his support crew, to talk about his experience facing repression and lessons learned.
At the end of episode, Jazz from the Xinachtli Freedom Committee offers important updates on Chicano political prisoner Xinachtli's rapidly declining medical condition and what support is needed.
