It's 2025 - we have ALL the mental tabs open way too often BUT - it's 2025 we KNOW how to hijack our nervous sytem - The Practice today is to breathe deeply, stimulating the plumonary plexus - the bundle of nerves innervating your lungs & activating the parasympathetic nervous system aka REST, DIGEST & LIVE YOUR BEST. Regular practice creates safety in your body, consciously overriding old patterns, shifting you out of stagnancy & away from mediocre!
