Description

Resentful women. Resentful wives. Resentful moms. This has become normal. Men hate it, feeling like they can never do enough and are always being criticized. Women hate it, feeling like they are constantly abandoned and left to do everything on their own. It seems impossible, but there is a solution!

I've dealt with my wife's resentment for years, and am happy to say I have reduced it by at least 90%! In this episode, I dig into how resentment shows up in parenting partnerships and why it's not just a personal issue, it's a systemic issue. Women often carry more household labor, even when both parents work, and it leads to exhaustion, anger, and distance. I explore how the Fair Play model can help rebalance responsibilities, create more fairness, and dramatically reduce resentment. I also share why date nights, real communication, babysitters and learning to say no are not luxuries but necessities if you want to build a healthy, lasting partnership.
