Casey Lane is a sports business executive with almost 20 years of sponsorship and strategy experience. He grew up on a cattle ranch on the Central Coast of California where he was actively involved in sports (Rodeo, Football, Baseball), FFA (holding numerous local and regional leadership positions) and working on the ranch. Casey graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1998 with a degree in Agribusiness where he competed on the Rodeo team and was President of the Cal Poly Rodeo Club.
After beginning his career with a large integrated beef company, he accepted a role in sponsorship sales with the agency R&R Partners and moved to Colorado to begin his career in sports. At R&R Casey represented and worked with such properties as PBR, UFC, The Agassi Foundation & Family, NBA All-Star Game, Barrett Jackson, USA 7's Rugby, & NASCAR; and blue-chip advertisers like Anheuser-Busch, Ford, Enterprise Rental Car, Muscle Milk, Visit Las Vegas, MGM Resorts, and many more.
In 2010 Casey was hired as the National Sales lead for the PBR where he developed sponsorships with companies like YETI, Kawasaki, and Monster Energy and was eventually promoted to the PBR's senior leadership team (SLT) as SVP of Partnerships.
In 2019 Casey and his family left the mountains of Colorado for the forested plains of the mid-west to become the Chief Revenue Officer of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, IndyCar, & the Indianapolis 500.
The creation of Teton Ridge piqued the interest of Casey to return to Western Sports and he joined the start-up as the SVP of Business Development & Partnerships in late September of 2021. His other major role at TR Sports is as the General Manager of the Arizona Ridge Riders since the team's inception as one of the founding franchises of the PBR's Camping World Team Series. In that capacity he oversees all business, budgeting, event ops, marketing, comms, social media, sponsorship, and competition for the team.
Casey lives in Indiana with his wife of 26 years Kate and youngest son. Casey and Kate have a daughter and son who both attend Montana State University.
