Originally from Chicago, Kourtney has called Arizona home since 1998. After graduating high school, she began her career in real estate, but ultimately found her true calling in road construction. She's spent the past 20 years in the construction industry specializing in recycled asphalt. Her work focuses on providing affordable, effective dust control for people and businesses while keeping asphalt out of landfills. Repurposing materials isn't just financially smart — it's better for the environment and creates long-term value for the communities she serves. To her, this work is about more than building roads; it's about building strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, She's a mom of three who loves traveling with her kids, trying new restaurants, and spending time at baseball games.
