Paul McHale, MD, is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician with over 20 years of experience. After attending the University of Minnesota, he completed residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. To this day, he continues to actively care for patients across a broad spectrum of ED's, from a Level 1 Trauma Center with comprehensive Stroke & Cardiac care, to stand alone Emergency Departments that have far fewer available resources. He also is a medical director and active educator for local EMS provider.
He served as Medical Director for CRMC Emergency Department for 5+ years, as well as EMS Director, Chairman of Emergency Department for 4 year and served on the East Valley Community Board for 10 years, including as Chairman. He is currently Vice Chair of AZ General Community Board. He has also had extensive committee involvement including RCA's, Quality Committee & Medical Executive Committees.
He was co-founder of two local Emergency Medicine groups participating in a successful sale of the initial one, and still helping actively manage the current group.
