Tad Peelen is the Operating Partner at Joe's Real BBQ in Gilbert, and also owns Topo Arizona and Joe's Farm Grill with his long-time business partners. He worked for American Airlines for many years before moving back to the Valley, and has made Gilbert his home since 1997. Tad served on the Town of Gilbert's Economic Development Advisory Board, as Board President of Gilbert Cares and was a Trustee of the Phoenix Boys Choir. He is a graduate of the Gilbert Leadership Program (Class 8) and Founding Board Member of Gilbert Talks.
