We definitely seem to be living in a more stressful world. Or at least there seem to be more negative things happening in our world that can cause chronic stress. If you're like me, you have heard that stress is bad for you, especially your heart health, but no one ever took the time to explain the physiological mechanisms behind it. This episode is my attempt to try and explain it in the simplest terms possible. Bottomline: chronic stress is bad, but if it's combined with lack of sleep, poor diet, and sedentarism - it's really bad. The good news is that we can change all of them for the better! AMDG
