- 2. Use the tools in your tool box. You already have everything you need to heal. The issue is, you aren't using what you have. Take inventory of your tools you've collected over the years and implement what you already have.
- 3. Take a break. You deserve it. You need it. If you don't work no one around you works. Remember sis, we keep the temperature of our homes.
