Description

As the year comes to a close, there's so much talk about resolutions, glow-ups, and how this is finally going to be "your year." And while a new beginning can feel exciting, it can also bring pressure, fear, and the quiet worry that nothing will really change.

In this final episode of the year, I reflect on what it actually means to make a year your year.  Not through drastic reinvention or unrealistic expectations, not in a "new year, new me" way,  but in a way that makes space for growth without burning yourself out or expecting everything to magically change overnight.

In this episode, we talk about:

This episode is an invitation to approach the new year with curiosity instead of pressure, to remember that progress doesn't have to be loud or dramatic to be real, and a reminder that you don't have to reinvent yourself or have everything figured out to move forward.

If you're heading into the new year feeling hopeful but cautious, excited but scared, this one's for you!
