How can you live healthy as a Christian? Join us as father-son duo, Dale and Joel Evrist, engage in an encouraging series of conversations about living healthy as a Christian. This series of episodes will cover topics like physical health, nutrition, rest and recovery, and finding community and partnership in your pursuit of living healthy. In this episode, we will talk about a framework for healthy living and talk about four pillars for living healthy as a Christian: move well, eat well, recover well and partner well. Our hope is that these episodes will cut through the unhelpful noise to give you some basic and biblical principles for living healthy as a Christian.
