Support IFC by joining or donating.  Randy Watt is the CEO of SRW, Inc. and Warrior Creed, as well as a co-founder of the Power of Awareness Institute. He retired as the Chief of Police for the Ogden Police Department after a 36-year career. During his tenure, he spent over a decade in SWAT and firearms instruction, eventually developing a comprehensive Officer Survival program focused on resilience, decision-making under stress, and defensive tactics. For his actions in deadly force incidents, he was twice awarded the Department's Medal of Valor.

A 34-year combat veteran, Randy retired as a Colonel and Commander of the 19th Special Forces Group (Utah Army National Guard). He rose through the ranks from private to Green Beret commander, leading numerous high-stakes missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. As an Advanced Urban Combat Instructor and Jumpmaster, he specialized in building the mental and physical capabilities required for indigenous force training and high-risk operations.

Randy's extensive military service is marked by high-level decorations for valor and leadership. His awards include the Combat Infantryman's Badge and the Bronze Star Medal with "V" Device, along with three additional Bronze Star Medals. His experience spans multiple tours of duty, earning him numerous campaign medals for his contributions to the Global War on Terrorism.

A court-certified Use of Force expert, Randy has trained with world-renowned instructors and elite agencies like the FBI and LAPD. Since 2006, he has served as an instructor and Rangemaster at Gunsite Academy, where he is rated as an Expert in pistol, carbine, and tactical shotgun. He frequently provides expert testimony in criminal and civil litigation to defend officers and departments.
