Rich's goal is to connect a STEM pipeline between the United States and Africa, inspired by the potential in Africa's resources and the concept of Wakanda. He is the founder of STEM Plug, a company advocating STEM education for youth and individuals of all ages. Rich discusses his journey, from a low GPA in high school to becoming a robotic engineer and author, emphasizing the importance of building a personal brand. He emphasizes the significance of forward thinking, relationships, and seizing opportunities to drive his success. Rich has authored a book called "Diversed in STEM" and is planning a multi-city book tour, aiming to inspire and empower students, particularly those in STEM fields, and address imposter syndrome.
