Description

In this episode of the IncrediPaul Podcast, I interview Mariana Kobayashi, a third culture kid who grew up in Portugal with Japanese, Lebanese, and Portuguese roots. She currently works in tech in Dublin, Ireland. Mariana studied Business and Economics, but after graduating, she found that the job search was harder than she expected. She started creating content on LinkedIn, which led to her developing Klooming, a coaching company that hosts workshops and webinars to help people find their place in tech. In this episode, Mariana talks about her experience with imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs, how she overcame it, and how she found her passion for tech. She also shares her thoughts on having it all, and how she prioritizes her time to make sure she's taking care of herself both personally and professionally. If you're interested in learning more about Mariana's story, how to navigate your career, or if you're struggling with limiting beliefs yourself, then this episode is for you. Listen now!
