Description

Tracy and Shannon continue their walk through life, moving from high school into college in the 1980s. They share stories about growing up fast, navigating strict college rules, playing sports on scholarship, working multiple jobs, and learning independence the hard way.

The conversation also gets real about body image and body shaming in college, from daily weigh-ins for athletes to harsh comments from instructors that stuck for decades. It's honest, reflective, and exactly the kind of stuff we don't talk about enough.

Chef Shannon recreates a college staple with a homemade take on Hamburger Helper, while Tracy mixes up a Toasted Almond, the drink she ordered in college.
