While her death was ruled an accidental drowning, her brother, Tass, believes she was murdered, and has spent the last fifteen years urging Victoria authorities to reopen her case. In 2024, new evidence was brought to the Australian public, but was it enough to reclassify Louisa's death as a homicide?
