Rafael Hernandez-Torres was a well liked, and respected member of his Tulsa, OK community. He was known by everyone as a kind and giving person, and was a fixture to locals who knew him from the time he spent driving his taxi cab. So in 2015 when Rafael was found shot to death and his body submerged in his cab in the Caney River, detectives struggled to find anyone with a motive to kill the beloved cabbie.
