This sermon is Mel Purvis' deeply urgent warning about the fatal lie that keeps more people out of heaven than any other: the belief that there will always be time later to repent. Purvis teaches that Satan's most successful deception is not, "There is no God," or, "There is no hell," but:
"There's no hurry."
He shows through Scripture, story, and solemn appeal that countless souls are lost because they fully intended to repent—but not today. They planned for a more convenient moment, a calmer season, a future time. But death came suddenly, opportunity ended, and they crossed into eternity unprepared.
Purvis stresses that delay is deadly because a person does not control:
Their life
Their death
Their heart
Their conscience
Their future chances
The Spirit's conviction
He insists that today is God's appointed time for salvation.
