This week on The Upper Cumberland Lifestyle Show, guest host Lewis Matheney sits down with Dr. Walter Derryberry for a conversation rooted in legacy, leadership, and local history. As the son of William Everett Derryberry, the longest-serving president in the history of Tennessee Technological University, Dr. Derryberry carries a name deeply woven into the fabric of the Upper Cumberland. Following his own path in medicine as a respected gynecologist, he shares stories of family, faith, and the evolution of Cookeville over the years. A meaningful conversation about legacy, service, and the people who helped shape this community.
