This Is Us is a TV show that airs on Tuesday nights on NBC.
I was watching it the other day and something that happened in episode 4 of the first season was very interesting to me.
I decided to record an episode about it.
Announcement - New Schedule
I decided that I'm going to create a schedule here on the show with the following structure:
Media Mondays - I'll talk about something going on in media. This week was 'This Is Us'.
Teach Tuesdays - I'll teach you about a tool/product/service that you would find useful if you create content online
Weight Loss Wednesdays - I think it's VERY important to put your health first in life. These shows will be centered around health and wellness.
Throwback Thursday - I'll highlight something from back in the days.
Feature Friday - This is where I'll interview someone in the culture.
