There is something that has been really bothering me lately. I see a lot of business coaches and brand strategists talk about how sales are manipulation.
I don't want to be manipulating people into working with me. That just feels bad and wrong.
And frankly, I don't think that's what I do. And if you're doing sales in the right way, that's not what you're doing either.
There's a difference between manipulation and persuasion, so let's talk about it.
