Description

Priscilla Tallman, is a writer who loves to transfer her love of sports to other others. She is one of the most accomplished players ever to graduate from the University of Georgia. Priscilla finished her career with 2,675 kills, which ranked third all-time in NCAA record books at the time and first in SEC history. She played in 139 matches during her four years in Athens and led the Bulldogs to an NCAA Tournament appearance each season. 

She was an All-State and All-American selection out of Westwood High, was named SEC Freshman of the Year in 1991 and finished her collegiate career as one of the best players in Georgia's history.

She also earned spots on the US Olympic Volleyball Festival team in 1993, the US National team in 1994 and the World University Games team in 1995.

Tallman graduated from Georgia in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and eventually went on to earn her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She continued her love for writing for a local fashion magazine based out of Newport Beach, Calif. Tallman put her writing career on hold temporarily when she and her husband Richard welcomed their two children. She is now writing again and loving the new opportunities.
