Description

The block-building, world-creating computer game Minecraft gives Thirtysomething dad, Alex and eight year old autistic son Sam a platform upon which to make sense of the world, themselves and each other. Here Keith Stuart explains how his own experience as a parent of a child on the autistic spectrum and a career as a computer games journalist help ensure the novel was as real as possible and how adulthood and childhood aren't as different after all.
