The Awkward Pose
In my newly adopted yoga practice, one of the moves is the "awkward pose." This is pretty funny to me, because it seems like my whole life has been a series of awkward poses! In this episode I discuss how to negotiate the uncomfortable emotions of feeling awkward in social situations and I also address what you can do when you have those strong feeling of not belonging, not fitting in, not being good enough, pretty enough, smart enough…all of those thoughts of insecurity that have always driven us to overeat. Learn a new way to overcome your inhibitions and at to accept yourself and your beautiful uniqueness.
