Cherrie Mahan was a young 8-year-old girl living with her mother and stepfather near Cabot, Pennsylvania in 1985. Cherrie Mahan was, by all means, a happy and content child. She had best friends, favorite toys, favorite foods and all the wonderful dreams and desires that a child could have. However, Cherrie Mahan's life as she knew it was tragically taken from her on February 22nd, 1985 as Cherrie Mahan exited her school bus about 50 yards from her home.
