Description

Today the focus is reversing the effects allowing things out of our control that put us in a ‘not so good’ headspace. 
Get Outside! Living inside is safe, but we are meant to be outside. This is human nature! Our optical sight is naturally in landscape mode. We are meant to experience the world and explore what is around us. 
Great views through our eyes refresh the soul and the mind!

Sight, smell , hearing, touch and taste can help to feel better and heal ourselves when these senses are activated. 
Grounding is another term to describe getting in touch with our senses. 
Try this exercise: close your eyes and walk in your bare feet and observe how it feels. Try different surfaces, grass, concrete in a shallow stream. 
Next try to stimulate these four senses to relieve your stress.

Feel, is the air around you cold, warm, humid, dry?

Listen, what sounds stand out the most? What is beyond it? Try to picture it meantally.

Smell do you smell something familiar? How does it make you feel now versus then?

Taste,inhale through your mouth how does it feel 

Once grounded, there is a greater appreciation for the now and not what had you down
