Convenient eating has come to be a part of our lives during the last seventy years. Fast food restaurants popping up in every town were an easy way to feed the family. Having both parents working made the fast food phenomenon a success in America. 

The inconvenience that is now apparent was the quality of foods were and are not quality fuel for our bodies. The old saying. “You are what You Eat” is as true now as it ever was. What you consume is apparent in your energy levels, your appearance, and also how you feel. 

Some foods to avoid are processed foods. These are known as empty calories because they have little to no nutritional value. As a human being from nature, your food should be natural, not processed. Just lie convenient food, or easy food, these never should be a choice as a food source to fuel our body

Some recommended foods are; a salad half dressing, complete protein style burger (no bun), raw veggies instead of a bag of chips. These are natural and can provide fuel and not just something to be consumed.

Healthy foods can be just as convenient when you put your mind to it. Try meal prepping, or bagging snacks. Take your lunch and snacks with you. Not only will you gain nutritional value, but a healthier way of eating as a mindset.
