Healthy Recipes and Ingredient Swaps are key to consuming food that fuel you. Cooking for yourself is better for your health than eating out. Food is mathematical, in terms of calories and also substituting good foods for the bad.
Sugar and Salt need to be used in moderation. One for the health benefits, but to also help enjoy the flavors of the food. For a sugar craving, try fresh fruits. Fruits will provide the sugar in a healthy way without the negative benefits of processed sugar. Try and enjoy the savory meals without salt to enjoy the true taste of the food itself. Try to train your taste buds by limiting the amount of sugar, and salt in your dishes.
Try to utilize vegetables in place of pastas and starch. Cauliflower or spaghetti Squash can be used to lower the carbohydrate intake.
There are limitless options to eat healthier and get the fuel you need without sacrificing flavor.
