Challenges are all over Social Media. You can utilize a challenge to get you moving. Make this challenge a way to create a habit to get you moving. Start small, and commit to this challenge. 

Research states it can take between twenty-one and thirty days to make something a habit. Set your challenge and commit to this challenge for thirty days. 

Remember, the hardest part is starting! Once you start you have completed the most difficult part of moving. Challenge your limits, don't limit your challenges.
