Today we will continue our discussion of Chakras. Today we discuss how to provide maintenance for our chakras. There are many resources available on YouTube. These involve meditation and breathing exercises.
Consider which chakra you feel is not open and provide the energy you are longing for. Consider starting out the Root Chakra and working your way up through all seven.
As we discussed previously, there are color relations to each chakra. Try using color stimulation. Wear clothing that is the color of the chakra you are wanting to stimulate. Immerse yourself in an environment relating to the color of the chakra you are wanting to stimulate.
Lastly, try getting your body moving to stimulate the chakras. Stretching, yoga, a walk can all stimulate your mind, body and of course, the chakras.
