In this episode Noel talks to veteran Matthew Oakley, who although young in years, is a great example of resilience. Having spent active time in the military , Matt has had to go through some serious change and self exploration to re-integrate to civilian life. He now works for an organisation named Soldier On that work side by side with serving and ex-serving veterans to strengthen resilience and develop meaningful connections create employment opportunities and much more.
