The first thing we need to look at and examine is the way we are looking at our life and our circumstances. Your life is designed for struggle and struggle is necessary for a human to move forward. Without struggle you would not know good or bad up or down. So the circumstance or struggle you are facing is truly necessary at this time and moment. So, how do we overcome failure and how to we bounce back.
#1 is seeing this as not a failure but yet just a lesson to create wisdom to help us grow to the next phase in our life.
#2 Start focusing on what you can do in this moment vs what is holding you back
#3 Take action even if its small action
#4 Follow your gut, heart and instinct it is designed to help you. Stop listening to everyone else this is your life and know one else’s.
