I haven’t been eating right. I do a 3T Fitness workout everyday and I always do Intermittent fasting. The truth is I don't count calories. I eat what I want. I have stress just like everyone else. To be honest I stress eat. However; you can still see my abs, and at 42 I am in amazing shape.. Why is this? My resting metabolic rate. How do you do this. Listen Now!
