There is not much that makes my skin crawl, but when I hear someone say they are going on a fat free diet it makes my skin crawl.  Lets start off with the facts. Protein and Fats are essential nutrients the body needs for survival. Carbohydrates are a non essential nutrient, the body does not need them but sure does prefer them. 
 
I often hear people say I want to lose weight and I am going to start running and go fat free. 
 Well, it seems to make sense right, fat makes you fat right? NO! Listen Now!
