Fasting has become a huge part of my life and not only has complelty changed my health but also has changed my mind set and business life. Fasting has been around for ages and in my opinion is how we should all be eating. Lets think about this, back in the days before stores, snacks, vending machines, how did we eat or get our food? HMMM? We got it fresh from the farm or we hunted our food. Back then did they have meal prep bags with 6 small meals, and timing their food to make sure they do not go catabolic?  Back in the day a sign of wealth was someone who was overweight, because they had more luxury and access to food on a regular basis, but those who had to wake up and farm and hunt to feed their family were lean and strong.
