Today on this fired up Friday, I want to encourage you to work like someone is always watching. I have lived by this rule the last 11 years, and it has helped me navigate quickly to where I want to be. We often see people working so hard, and then when the cameras are off of, the bosses are gone they stop right away. They put on a show and when the show stops they stop. There is one thing I can say with extreme confidence that these people are not the ones leading companies, and these people are not the ones leaving a legacy for their family. These people are the ones who live a life full of problems, high debt, struggling relationships and just struggling to keep up. From first site they seem like they have their stuff together, but when the boss is not looking or no one is around their true character comes out and that character will shine through. Because someone is always watching!
