This week’s episode is with Mark Beaumont is an Ultra Endurance Athlete. He currently holds the Guinness World Record for cycling around the world in less than 80 days.
He has made documentaries for the BBC for the past 15 years. Venturing into the high arctic, mountaineering and ocean rowing (which capsized in the middle of the Atlantic ocean). 
He was also awarded the British empire medal in the Queen's New Year honours for his contributions to charity and sport.
Mark has written a number of books such as Africa Solo, The Man Who Cycled the Americas, Around the World in 80 Days and his new up and coming book and podcast 'Endurance' due to be released in November 2020.
