Since the ‘70s, federal agencies have conducted separate environmental reviews before allowing big infrastructure projects to move forward, a step that usually delays these projects for years. But yesterday, the president announced a fundamental reform to the way these reviews happen. POLITICO’s Zack Colman explains.
