Olympian, MLB All-Star, Home Run Derby Champ and 1998 Little League World Series winner Todd Frazier returns to where it all began for him as a 12-year-old boy in Williamsport, Pennsylvania this week to witness a member of his family try to achieve what his Toms River, New Jersey Little League baseball team did 20-plus years ago. Todd’s 12-year-old nephew Carson Frazier hit a game-winning, clutch double to propel his team into this year's Little League World Series and this week they kick off the action in Williamsport against Nebraska on ESPN in an attempt to become the second Toms River Little League team to win the Little League World Series with a Frazier in the starting lineup. The elder, Mr. Todd Frazier has also been a long-time ambassador for the Little League World Series and in this podcast episode we interview our good friend for a second time on what makes the Little League World Series so special, what he is expecting this August with his family all there to watch Carson, and what it was like in July of 2021 to win the Silver medal at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo as a key contributor for Team USA Basbeall. Enjoy this listen with Todd Father himself as us three Jersey-boys catch up on all things baseball.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/thebrothersbrandt/support
