Cas Holman is the founder and chief designer of Heroes Will Rise, a global toy company known for imaginative playsets like Rigamajig, used by organizations such as Google, Disney Imagineering, and the LEGO Foundation. A former Professor of Industrial Design at RISD, her work has inspired teams at leading companies like Nike and been featured in spaces such as NYC’s High Line and the Liberty Science Center. Building her company from a small rural workshop in upstate New York without investors or a traditional business plan, Cas champions creativity, curiosity, and human-centered design—proving that purposeful, playful innovation can drive meaningful and sustainable growth.
Lesley Goth, Psy.D.
Lesley Goth, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of Denver Family Counseling Services in Denver, Colorado, with more than 21 years of experience. A survivor of sexual assault herself, she specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for trauma survivors and also works with individuals facing PTSD, CPTSD, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, religious trauma, and substance abuse. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Skidmore College and a Psy.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology. Driven by her own journey, Goth founded her practice to support others in navigating and overcoming trauma.
