He has been helping people immigrate and settle since 1995. Prior to joining
Latitude, he was a Managing Partner of Henley & Partners, responsible for operations in the Americas and Caribbean region including the Citizenship-by-Investment Programmes in St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, St Lucia and Grenada. In 2018, Latitude merged with RIF Trust to expand internationally to over 20 countries, including Canada, Egypt, Nigeria, the UK, and the USA. Together, they form Latitude Group. Latitude is a government-approved partner and an authorized agent of the world’s most powerful residency and citizenship programmes, such as Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Malta, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and St Lucia.

Yet woven throughout her diverse pursuits is a mission of service & a passion to give a voice for underserved talent to be included. Her ongoing study of America’s workforce has made her a leading voice on advocacy, removing barriers & providing connections to successful employment for our underserved talent pools. In recognition of her work, Robyn was named among the 2023 GSA Women of Influence and a 2023 Veteran Champion of the Year in Corporate America by G.I. Jobs Magazine.

He’s an acclaimed retail & media industry veteran whose expertise combines storytelling, product innovation, merchandising, and consumer experiences. He is a partner at independent media company Archer Gray, and president of its Co-Lab Division. Having led consumer products groups at the world’s largest media companies, Jim served as president of Disney Stores Worldwide, and transformed global consumer experiences at DreamWorks, Twentieth Century Fox, and more.
