Carrie Rickert’s true passion is in sharing stories of trauma, resilience, and hope, as well as coaching others to navigate their own murky waters post-trauma. Carrie uses her 15 years of coaching experience, along with her own trauma journey to provide support and tools for trauma survivors. Carrie is the author of Trauma is a Catalyst, co-author of Trauma to Triumph: Stories of TBI Survivors and the Vital Role of Post-Acute Care, and is the creator and host of the Podcast, Transformational Trauma and Healing.
