Karla Trotman
Karla Trotman is the president and CEO of Electro Soft, Inc. (ESI), a family-founded electronics manufacturing company. With degrees from Penn State and Drexel University, she built a strong foundation in logistics, purchasing, and e-commerce through roles at companies like Honeywell and IKEA. Her entrepreneurial spirit emerged when she launched the Belly Button Boutique, an online store for pre- and postnatal women, which gained international recognition and celebrity clientele. Returning to ESI, she rose through leadership roles, driving growth through online marketing and acquisitions, and now leads the company as CEO. Her accomplishments have earned her accolades like Enterprising Woman of the Year and the Entrepreneur Of The Year 2024 Greater Philadelphia Award.

Gregg Ficery
Gregg Ficery, a Pittsburgh native, grew up immersed in his family’s rich history, including stories about his great-grandfather's pre-NFL professional football career. This family legacy inspired his groundbreaking book, Gridiron Legacy: Pro Football's Missing Origin Story. A former college tennis player at Georgetown University, Gregg went on to have a 33-year business career and founded his own business valuation consulting firm a decade ago.
