Karla Trotman is the president and CEO of Electro Soft, Inc. (ESI), a family-founded electronics manufacturing company. With degrees from Penn State and Drexel University, she built a strong foundation in logistics, purchasing, and e-commerce through roles at companies like Honeywell and IKEA. Her entrepreneurial spirit emerged when she launched the Belly Button Boutique, an online store for pre- and postnatal women, which gained international recognition and celebrity clientele.
