Melissa Bernstein
Melissa Bernstein is an entrepreneur, creative visionary, and mother of six, best known as the cofounder of Melissa & Doug, a billion-dollar toy company, and Lifelines, a wellness brand that offers sensory products designed to reduce stress and promote well-being. She also serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence for the Inner MBA certification program—created by Sounds True, LinkedIn, and Wisdom 2.0—and co-founded Duke University’s Melissa & Doug Entrepreneurs program. In addition, she is the author of LifeLines and Practice Makes Purpose, both centered on creativity, purpose, and emotional wellness.
Dr. Harry Cohen
Dr. Harry Cohen is a psychologist, executive coach, restaurateur, and author of Be The Sun, Not The Salt, a simple yet powerful guide to becoming your best self, uplifting others, and leading with positivity. A native of Buffalo, New York, he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cornell University and his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Driven by a lifelong curiosity about what makes people successful and fulfilled, Dr. Harry has dedicated his career to helping others live and lead with intention and warmth. In addition to his work as an author and coach, Dr. Harry owns The Black Pearl, a restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he applies his leadership principles in real time. His 2015 TEDx Talk introduced “Heliotropic Leadership,” the idea that people, like plants, naturally move toward positive, life-giving energy—a concept that inspired his latest book.
