Ross Mandell
Ross Mandell, born in Brooklyn in March 1957, is a resilient entrepreneur who has navigated both notable success and significant personal struggles. Raised on Long Island, he excelled academically, earning a scholarship to SUNY Albany before transferring to the University of Maryland. After college, Mandell briefly worked in his family’s business before transitioning to finance, where he became a successful Wall Street stockbroker through the EF Hutton training program in 1983. Despite his career achievements, Mandell faced personal turmoil after the loss of his father in 1973, which led to addiction. He overcame these challenges through rehab in 1990, marking the beginning of his journey toward sobriety.
