He has led over 20 multi-million Euro & Dollar Innovation & Transformation projects with companies like Amazon, BMW, Google and Pfizer, building up & managing a workforce of over 400 people and a total amount invested of over €100 Million. During his career Stefan has led thousands of workshops all over the world helping leaders to systematically overcome innovation challenges. Frustrated with the lack of cohesiveness in the innovation space, Stefan set about writing 'How to Create Innovation'.

Pete Steinberg is a renowned leadership and innovation expert with over 20 years of experience as an elite rugby coach and a consultant to Fortune 500 professionals. As the former head coach of the USA Women’s Rugby Team, Pete led the team at two World Cups and the Rio Olympics, demonstrating his ability to guide teams to success at the highest levels. His coaching achievements include winning 11 National Championships with programs like Penn State Women, MARFU Men, and Temple Women, as well as working with the U.S. Men’s Eagles and other national age-grade teams. Additionally, Pete served as the Head of Coach Development for USA Rugby, integrating the organization’s coaching programs into the global World Rugby framework.
