iTalk movies is a long-form interview series featuring leading members of the film community. In this episode, host Danica Kennedy interviews star of Unfriended, Heather Sossaman in studio on the Popcorn Talk Network. Unfriended (originally released as Cybernatural, also known by its working title, Offline) is a 2014 American found footage supernatural teen horror film that was directed by Levan Gabriadze. The film premiered at the Fantasia Festival on July 20, 2014, and at SXSW on March 13, 2015. It will receive a theatrical release on April 17, 2015. The film stars Shelley Hennig as one of several friends who find themselves terrorized online by an anonymous person. Gabriadze has stated that he envisions several sequels to the film and that there are plans for a direct sequel.
