It's so easy for us to get wrapped up in the opinions of other people, especially at work, but that's why we NEED to come with armor, and a fierce understanding of our own gifts. I STILL struggle with insecurity and doubt, but the other day I created a list of things I KNOW I'm great at, where I add value, and I'm telling you, you MUST do the same.
Take the time to list everything you know you're amazing at. Maybe you're a great listener, a great organizer, a great friend, a great leader, or even a great driver. Having a strong relationship with your own gifts will make you invincible as people try to tear you down.
