After committing a rash of turnover, the Falcons loss 30-20 to the Saints in the regular-season finale on Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Falcons coach Arthur Smith believes the team learned how to win close games and that they laid the foundation for some tough, physical and competitive football in the future. Also, Smith made it clear that Matt Ryan is in their plans and Ryan wants to return to the Falcons.
