The Falcons (5-7) are set to face the Carolina Panthers (5-7) at 1 p.m. Sunday at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. The Panthers won the previous meeting 19-13 on Oct. 13, but have since signed quarterback Cam Newton and have fired offensive coordinator Joe Brady. The Falcons, who have tight Hayden Hurst returning to the lineup, know the Panthers will try to run the football against them.
